3. Registry publication

Company details may be published in the public registry, subject to platform privacy settings and applicable law.

4. Fees and payments

Registry fees are billed in USD through third-party payment processors. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing data, and must not attempt to interfere with service availability or security.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or legal validity of registry records in all jurisdictions.
